Meet Jamil Rahemtula
With a decade’s worth of investment deals in the real estate industry, Jamil Rahemtula has taken Hamilton and the surrounding areas by storm. Jamil has been buying properties since 2008. Starting with student rentals, he then branched out to Flips & Multi-Residential properties. His family comes from a long line of entrepreneurs, allowing him to appreciate value of a the dollar. He can help improve your portfolio with real estate investing and cash flow properties from Day 1. Further to his passion for real estate he was a project manager for over 10 years for large utilities focusing on energy efficiency and conservation. Most recently Jamil completed a Construction Technology certification allowing him to better understand the theoretical and practical elements of residential construction.
